Recently, DH3000-L horizontal directional drilling rig, the latest product of DHTT, was sent to Zijin County, Guangdong Province, for the Qiuxiangjiang River crossing project of Fujian-Guangdong branch trunk line (Guangdong-Chaoshan section) of the third line of PetroChina West-East Gas Transmission Project.

The new DH3000-L has renewed the hydraulic system, power head structure and oil control system on the basis of continuing the original "high configuration, high torque and high efficiency", and has once again realized the remarkable improvement in the degree of humanization of product use and construction efficiency.

"High configuration" in the industry has almost become a synonym for DHTT. Cummins engine guarantees the powerful power source of the drilling rig; German Stiebel transmission box effectively improves the speed and prolongs the service life of the hydraulic pump; American Sauer main pump, Italian Danamic reducer, Italian Sam motor and so on, all of them justify the name of "Dehang Quality"! The power part adopts a two-speed system, which makes it easy to load and unload drill pipes and improves efficiency. The power head is driven by eight motors with good stability at low speed. At the same time, there is an automatic floating mechanism to reduce the wear of the drill pipe thread, and the operation is convenient and reliable.

The clamper adopts three-claw closed structure, which is more conducive to the reliability of drill pipe unloading. The front and back vise can be separated and floated all the way to facilitate the loading and unloading of drill pipes.
